Karma will accommodate up to 100, the rule of thumb is as follows:
                         1) no more than 80% of invitees usually attend a function
                         2) no more than 25% of attendees will sit at any given time

The contract is simple & can be obtained in advance by email.
We do not allow smoking inside the facility, smoking is permitted outside in the parking lot.
No confetti or rice permitted (it is virtually impossible to remove from the hardwood floors)

You are more than welcome to bring additional chairs or tables - please insure there are proper chair protectors.

We give you the keys to Karma in the morning of your event and you must return the keys on the following day with the facility in the condition you received it.

Additionally, we will do whatever we can to help you make your experience as comfortable as possible!
